the concierge was helpful arranging a nail appointment and a taxi to the station for our luggage. i found the shuttle bus very convenient, especially after long days of walking. i also believe the breakfast buffet was really good, one of the best i have experienced.

I noted the tv lacked english channels and was quite outdated. i also noticed some noise from guests moving chairs upstairs, and this affected my peace. the location felt a bit remote. I found limited dining options nearby, apart from the hotel's fine dining.

The room was very large and nice. it also featured tea ceremony equipment, along with a teapot and several teas. i appreciated the sofa, the desk, and the big bathroom. the staff was very service-minded and helpful. I liked that!!!

i was disappointed a five-star hotel hasn't updated its tv. there were no english channels. the tv seemed very old and we had nothing to watch. the hotel seemed quite old and refurbished, but it was not soundproof. i could hear guests upstairs thumping and moving furniture.
